Genarro and the service he provided was fantastic. Gennaro arrived reliably on time (both occasions) was very friendly, helpful, efficient. From what I can see of costs Gennaro’s rates are well within market rates – for me, this was super-value for money as it would have cost me probably 5-10 times more in time and effort and mental health! to fix it myself, and even then it wouldn’t have been done properly. Also what is important to me is someone who does a good job & is reliable and reasonable.
After Gennaro left I realised I had another retic valve problem that I had completely missed out on – Gennaro was very happy to come back again the next week and sort that out too, without any massive extra expense. Much appreciated, Gennaro.
